What it does

Import CSV with automatic encoding detection — opens legacy-encoded CSV files (EUC-KR/CP949, Shift_JIS/CP932, EUC-JP, ISO-2022-JP, GB18030, Big5, Windows-125x, and more) without garbled text. BOM detection, delimiter detection, and a live preview let you verify before importing.
Export sheets as CSV in any encoding — UTF-8 (with optional BOM for Excel), UTF-16, or the same range of legacy encodings, with your choice of delimiter and RFC 4180-safe quoting.
Multilingual UI — English, 한국어, 日本語, 简体中文, 繁體中文, Español, Português, Français, Tiếng Việt.

Your files are processed entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to external servers.
Minimal permissions: the add-on can only access the spreadsheet it is opened in (spreadsheets.currentonly), never your other files.
No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no data collection.
